Video Convert and Transport Solution
Libero Hybrid is a video transport and convert solution that supports SDI, NDI, WebRTC, SRT and IP Stream formats.
Point to point video transport with sub-second latency
For ultra-low latency video transport, Libero Hybrid uses WebRTC and SRT technologies.
These technologies ensure uninterrupted and real-time video transport over the internet from one place to another while supporting encryption to maintain end-to-end secure delivery.
Combine traditional and new generation systems
Keep existing broadcast ecosystem and still be able to follow new technologies and market trends without falling behind.
Convert multiple IP/SDI/NDI/WebRTC/SMPTE 2110/Youtube URL sources into SDI/NDI/WebRTC/SMPTE 2110 video signals.
Skype & Teams Workflow
Transmit multiple Skype or Teams calls and each individual guest as video and audio separately.
Include remote guests on-air by converting the NDI feed of online meeting platforms according to existing infrastructure.
(*) Depending on the type of video cards
Libero Play solution has SMPTE 2110 integration. Thanks to this integration, users can create different IP workflows and use them within the system. With these workflows, it can receive Playout output according to ST2110 technology, as well as a live input from ST2110 signal into the playout.
Libero Hybrid provides Stream input as well as SDI, NDI output if its own video server is used. Our customers can use stream formats such as UDP / RTP / RTSP / RTMP / HLS / MPEG-DASH / SRT to redirect the playout output to different locations without the need for any 3-party application.

Media 5 MOS Protocol is a set of specially designed tools to handle communication between a video server or graphic server (Video 5, CG5, or Video Recorder 5) with an NCS (Newsroom Computer System), using the MOS protocol, allowing a quick and easy control of MOS objects and its contents.
With Closed Captions lib you can play out files with captions to devices via composite or SDI connection, or capture closed captions data from an input device.
Supported CC standards
CEA-608 (NTSC) and CEA-708 (digital television)
Supported file formats
SCC and MCC files, MPEG-2 PS/TS (EIA-608, CEA-708), QuickTime/MP4 (EIA-608), LXF HD, MXF SD, Burned-in line 21 picture with 720×486 frame size, MPEG-2 / H.264 video stream with ATSC Closed Captions, Files with CDP data.
You can detect SCTE-35 triggers embed into local files or network streams with MPlatform SDK. For detection, you should use OnEvent events. MFile and MPlaylist objects support a special event – “SCTE-35”. The event is raised the moment an SCTE-35 trigger has been received.
