TJK TV Supported by Libero Ingest

Libero Systems recently updated the broadcast and archive system for the Turkish Jockey Club (TJK) to accommodate flexible and low-latency video I/O using AJA’s Corvid 44 PCIe card, housing the versatile multi-format recording system, Libero Ingest.

Workflow

Employing AJA’s Corvid 44 for SDI video capture enables Libero Ingest to support up to eight simultaneous streams in input, output, or combination of a single PCIe card. Additionally, for media asset management, Libero Systems implemented Libero MAM, enabling TJK to transfer recordings to the platform and facilitating easier content retrieval and access through its search engine functionality.

Speaking about the upgrade, Birkan Hergüner, Software Development Lead at Libero Systems, said, “When upgrading TJK’s system, we needed a reliable and seamless solution to capture high-quality SDI camera signals during live races. In addition to Corvid 44, Libero Systems leveraged AJA’s versatile Corvid and KONA PCIe I/O card series to support the complete range of solutions, including Libero Play for multi-channel playback, Libero Hybdid for conversion, and Libero Multiviewer for signal monitoring.
